When you browse the directory we collect only basic technical data needed to serve the site securely. When a hotel submits a listing request we collect the property details, the contact name, email and phone number provided, charging station details, location data, uploaded photos and the payment reference for the verification fee.
How we use it
Submitted information is used solely to verify the property, publish an accurate listing and contact you about that listing. Hotel contact numbers published in the directory are business reception numbers intended for guests.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Booking links send you to our booking partners, whose own privacy policies apply once you leave our site.
Retention and access
Listing submissions are stored in our private database and are visible only to our review team. You can ask us to correct or delete your submission at any time.
